The club AGM (senior & juniors combined) is to be held on Monday 24th October, 7.30pm at Kings Park, Willow Rd UFTG.
ALL club members are welcome to attend.
All positions of both the Junior & Senior committee’s will be declared vacant & all positions will need to be nominated for. All nominations are to be received by the senior club Secretary NO later than 72hrs prior to the AGM.
We are always looking for new committee members. Please email Junior Club Secretary if you are wanting to nominate to join. Upperferntreegullyjnr@efl.org.au.
Please note that in the event of 2 nominations for any executive committee positions, voting will only be allowed by members who are present at the AGM or a parent of a junior member who has a valid proxy form & is present at the AGM.
